Having trouble breathing is never fun. Being congested or feeling short of breath can be a scary feeling. Of course if it's sudden, be sure to go to your health care provider first. But for routine and occasional needs with sneezy, sniffly conditions we have learned to keep Breathe Respiratory Blend on hand to help us feel clearer and able to keep up with sports and physical activities.
In our house we make sure we never run out because...
- It seems my kids and hubby can get stuffed up with change of seasons
- Somebody snores less (it might be me Lol!)
- It helps my daughter with her congestion and wheezing that can flare up unexpectedly
- It gives us a feeling of open airways during exercise or sports
- I put it in the diffuser to give the air a fresh, clean aroma (with side benefits)
doTERRA Breathe is a blend of essential oils including Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Lemon, Cardamom, Ravintsara, and Ravensara. We can also apply it topically to the chest, back, or bottom of feet. Don't forget to dilute with fractionated coconut oil for babies, kids, and people with sensitive skin.
